Created by a Mother for Mothers

Making your life better

The KindestCup was developed and patented by Melanie Scholz, a scientist and mother of two, to make her own breastfeeding experience the best it could be. At Ardo Medical, we believe the KindestCup is a brilliant invention and are proud to offer it in partnership with Melanie.

Spill-Free Milk Collection

Your milk stays safe in the KindestCup

Secure fit!

Thanks to a gentle vacuum, the KindestCup adheres securely to your breast, reliably catching every drop of milk. Whether you’re moving around, lying down, or even doing a headstand, your milk stays safe in the KindestCup. The vacuum only ensures a secure fit without additional suction, so your milk flow isn’t overstimulated, reducing the risk of overproduction.

No nipple pain!

Wide opening for any breast size

The wide opening distributes the gentle vacuum evenly across a large area, preventing any stress on your nipple and further nipple pain. The KindestCup works with any breast size and allows for spill-free collection, even with a strong, splashing milk flow.

Cup feeding

Perfect for bottle refusers

Unlike other milk collection containers, the KindestCup can also be used for infant cup feeding. Simply hold the narrow tip to your baby’s lower lip while they are semi-upright and let them naturally draw the milk (do not pour it into their mouth!). Since there’s no need to transfer the milk, you won’t lose any valuable drops. This breastfeeding-friendly feeding method helps prevent nipple confusion and nursing strikes that can occur with bottle feeding.

The KindestCup from Ardo is a versatile, soft silicone container designed to support breastfeeding in multiple ways. It securely collects breast milk while breastfeeding or pumping, offers a comfortable option for hand expression, and can even be used for cup feeding. With its wide opening and gentle vacuum, it ensures a stress-free experience for all breast sizes. Developed by a mother for mothers, the KindestCup is a practical and innovative solution to make your breastfeeding journey easier.

Multifunctional Milk Catcher: The KindestCup from Ardo serves as a safe and comfortable collection cup for breastmilk while breastfeeding, pumping, hand expression, and even as a feeding cup. It is not intended to be worn all day.

High Quality and Practical: The KindestCup is made from soft, food-safe silicone with rounded edges. It consists of a milk collection tray with a wide opening, making it easy to clean. Its flat base ensures stability and prevents slipping.

I have been looking for something that I could use to collect my letdown while I am breastfeeding on the other breast. This one is the best I have used yet. I was able to collect 20 ml each time. I put the collected milk in another container and then used the fridge/pitcher method to collect a larger amount that I plan to put into a freezer stash. I don’t understand the difference between this type of silicone versus other collectors I have tried. I will say that the others I have tried are often described as “liquid”. The “liquid” type of silicone is irritating to my skin. It rests too heavy and tight on my skin and actually encourages engorgement in my breast.

Not so for the kindest cup. The type of silicone that the kindest cup uses is the perfect balance between the liquid silicone and the hard plastic flanges. I really like plastic flanges but am unsure how that could be used in this situation. I highly recommend the kindest cup. It is awesome. I love that it has three uses and functions excellently in each of them. This is a great way to pacifly collect milk for storage. Absolutely awesome product.

This is a helpful product to have on hand for the early days of nursing. I think it’s most helpful to wear on one side while baby nurses from the other and it catches any letdown so that you can save and accumulate it for a stash. It’s the same concept as the Haakaa, but slightly less intense/less suction so it doesn’t produce as much milk for me – this may be a benefit to some who are afraid of causing an oversupply or find the suction of other brands too much etc. I’m not sold on the cup feeding function as that seems messy, so I haven’t used that feature.
My only complaint is the packaging. It comes in a nondescript white paper bag, which feels a little sketchy and not as giftable as I would like.

  3. Nerdy

The 3-in-1 design is incredibly practical. I’ve used it as a milk catcher while breastfeeding, to express milk by hand, and even as a cup for feeding my baby. The wide base provides stability, and the angled spout makes it easy to pour milk into bottles.

The silicone material is gentle on my skin, and the cup is comfortable to wear. It’s also easy to clean and sterilize. The leak-proof lid ensures that my milk stays clean and safe.

I appreciate the versatility of this product. It’s a must-have for any breastfeeding mom, providing a convenient and hygienic way to collect and store milk.

  4. Jess

This is a super simple design. It’s easy to use to collect let down and then can be poured super easy into another container. Its also very easy to clean as it’s only one part with a wide opening.

  5. Gulliens

Such a great price for such an amazing item. The quality is great. I would recommend this to family and friends and I’ll definitely buy again if I need to!

  6. Mara

This was exactly what i was looking for. I place it in my nursing bra to catch milk from a letdown while im nursing my baby on the opposite breast

  7. Christina

This is very useful to catch the letdown milk on the opposite side while breastfeeding. Nice material, fits in bra. Great idea.

  8. Kristen

Most collection cups are shaped like the hakaa and are bulbous. This is completely different and seems weird at first. However it is gentle on the skin and works well. Once you get the hang of wearing it, you realize just how nice it is. The material is soft and comfortable to wear, the cup is easy to empty, and very easy to wash.
