Why do I need to purchase the Ardo Melia myself?
Ardo would like to increase our verified reviews for the Ardo Melia.
A verified review is a review left by a customer who has purchased the product with their own account. When a customer buys an item and then leaves a review, it is marked as a “Verified Purchase,” indicating that the reviewer bought the product on the platform, adding credibility to the review. How can I trust that you will reimburse me for my purchase?
We’ve successfully run this program in the past and reimbursed all participants. Our process is simple: after leaving your verified review, just email a screenshot of the completed purchase and the verified review to jenell@ardo-usa.com, and we’ll reimburse you within one day. As a brand, we value transparency and customer satisfaction, and our team is always available to assist with any concerns. Many moms like you have already participated and had a great experience!
What if I don't like the pump and want to give it less than four stars?
If you feel that the Ardo Melia should receive a review less than 4 stars, we ask that you email jenell@ardo-usa.com with your feedback about the product, instead of posting the review, so we can send that information to our development team.
We want to create the best products possible for breastfeeding and pumping mothers and your feedback is extremely valuable.
