FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts are applied).
A flat $8.00 shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
Final shipping charges will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

Where We Ship

Ardo currently ships to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

P.O. Boxes
U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa
Military APO/FPO addresses

Certain products cannot be transported by air due to shipping regulations.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is received.

Standard shipping is provided through UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed during checkout when available.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer shipping to Canada or other international destinations.

Third-Party Freight Forwarders

If you choose to ship your order to a third-party freight forwarding company, you assume responsibility once the package has been delivered to that forwarding service.

Ardo cannot oversee how freight forwarders handle, store, repackage, or transport products after delivery. Once UPS confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, our responsibility for the shipment has been fulfilled.

For this reason, Ardo is unable to replace, refund, or reship orders that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted by a freight forwarding service.

Please note that Ardo products are designed for use in the country where they were originally purchased. Product availability, warranty coverage, regulatory requirements, and safety standards may differ in other countries.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend taking the following steps before contacting us:

Check around your home, including porches, garages, side doors, and mailboxes.
Ask family members, neighbors, or anyone else at your address if they accepted the delivery.
Allow 24–48 hours, as shipping carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the package arrives.

If your order is still missing after completing these steps, please contact us at orders@ardo-usa.com and we’ll be happy to assist you in investigating the shipment.

Returns

Because our products are considered personal care and hygiene items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

All sales are final.

If you believe you have received the wrong item or a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@ardo-usa.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Warranty

Ardo personal-use electric breast pumps are backed by our exclusive 400-hour warranty, providing coverage for 400 hours of pump use or two years from the date of purchase—whichever provides the longer period of coverage.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through authorized Ardo retailers and is valid for the original purchaser.
